My daily routine at La Redoute is a dynamic blend of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. I start by reviewing projects, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals. This involves analyzing product life cycles and setting targets for reduced environmental impact.

I then focus on supplier relationship management, negotiating contracts that prioritize ethical sourcing and fair labour practices. Project management is another key aspect, overseeing initiatives from developing sustainable products to implementing circular economy strategies.

I collaborate with cross-functional teams, track progress, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining a focus on sustainability. Throughout the day, I engage with stakeholders, exploring innovative solutions and fostering a culture of sustainability. By the end of the day, I reflect on progress, identify challenges, and plan for the future.

I hold an MBA in Entrepreneurship from EDHEC Business School. My experience at EDHEC was unique as it involved a tri-campus program, allowing me to gain insights from diverse business ecosystems in Nice, Cape Town, and San Francisco. This international exposure broadened my perspective and equipped me with a global mindset.
