Hi everyone, I’m Zhaoyang, an HR professional with 12 years of experience across Europe and China. Currently based in Paris, I serve as the Director, People Business Partner at Owkin, a Franco-American AI Biotech. I work closely with teams in Data Science, Biomedical Research, and Drug Discovery & Development across EMEA, supporting their growth and impact.

Previously, I was an HRBP at Kaia Health in Munich, where I supported the global Technology and EU Commercial teams. I’m passionate about connecting with professionals in similar fields to exchange insights and ideas.
