Hello, From a very operational job in a production site, I've moved to project and or/team management in different environments: Pharmaceutical R&D and Information Systems. And more recently, I have contributed to major transformation projects: changing the way we work, addresssing business stakes and preparing for tomorrow! I like to make things happen, exchange with others and work with cross-functional teams. I've shifted progressively my interests from "technical" actions to what makes people move, change and evolve both individually and as a group.
