Hello, Here is a description of my job : - Advise and support Clients in the application of International Mobility policies - Preparation and review of the expatriates packages and contractual documents - Meetings with the future expatriates to present them package and contract - Coordination with our providers before departure (visa or immigration process, logistic organisation (removal, transports)...) - Application of the policy linked to the social coverage & tax policy - Follow-up and support expatriates before/during/after their assignments - Support the HR managers and pro-actively escalating critical cases and issues timely Projects and studies : CFE - Pôle Emploi - participation and support on the profit sharing campaign Feel free to contact me if you want to know more about my job Emilie
