Hello, Doing a 2 years VIE at Schneider Electric Italy, I am in a Global Commercial team in charge of VIP OEMs (original equipment manufacturer). I am in charge of : - redaction of the template for the Global Framework Agreement in collaboration with legal and experts of Schneider - creation of Global Pricing for our global customers (data collection, analysis, challenge GAM-global account managers) - creating and structuring the Back Office (template for Account Plan/success stories/other communication support, participating in the strategic construction of the team - setting up selection criteria for new accounts, presentation of our team actions etc.) - managing handshake process ( 3 months process defining business forecasts and ambitions for N+1, according local and global commercial managers) - training global accounts managers on various topics (new comers basic training, global pricing, handshake etc.) - visiting global customers in Europe Feel free to contact me if you want to know more about my job Margot
