Hello, I'm a Chemical Engineer specialized in polymer technology and graduated in 2006. I got my degree from Åbo Akademi Finland. After graduation I started working for paint and steel industry in an R&D project management role. After a few years I moved to France and started my studies in NEOMA Business School (former Rouen Business School). I got my MBA degree in 2011 after which I worked for a while in Paris in a marketing role and then changed to a Brussels based organization called European Coil Coating Association. My role was Technical Manager and I was in charge of all technical and environmental projects for the European Coil Coating industry. From there I moved back to Finland and took a role as Production Manager in a steel making company. I was in charge of 5 production lines and 110 people. In 2017 I was recruited to Sherwin-Williams as Plant Manager of their Vantaa plant, where I was leading a paint production site with ~90 people. As of January 2021 I moved to the EMEAI sales team as Business Development Manager and in February 2022 I was promoted to a Sales Director role in the same team. I was again proposed a new challenge in January 2023, when I was offered the position of General Manager Coil EMEAI. I took over responsibility of growth and profitability of the EMEAI region for Coil business at Sherwin-Williams. I am still based in Vantaa, Finland, but most of the time I'm traveling across the region meeting customers and internal teams. I've been helped and guided by many people during my career and I've been really thankful for all help and good advice that I've got to advance my career.
