Présentation de Stéphane

Hello,

I'm currently in charge of Vendor Management at Solvay, i.e. the discipline that enables organizations to control costs, drive service excellence, mitigate risks and extract innovation to gain increased value from their vendors (mainly related to digital ecosystem) throughout the deal life cycle.

In parallel, I'm developping Intrapreneurship and Corporate Hacking through various concrete actions for 2 years now. Intrapreneurship & Corporate Hacking are key enablers to transform the company culture, which is of highest priority for any digital transformation. In this continuity, I'm an active member of the NPO Les Hacktivateurs. My main topics of interest are related to new business models, new ways of working, including the collaboration within and between ecosystems (companies, universities, institutions, start-ups...).

Highly curious, I have deliberately developped the bulk of my career in various functional backgrounds providing a breadth and depth of knowledge about how organizations work, and to imagine innovative solutions.

I love to constantly learn, be it from MOOCs or ecosytems I gravitate around, to share with others and to connect ideas and people.

On a personal level, I enjoy sport, especially in outdoor (ski, trekking, sailing, mountain bike, angling), art (piano for 30 years, more recently self learning guitar, and watercolour painting), gastronomy and oenology, as well as reading and traveling with my familly.

Feel free to engage if you want to discuss !
