I'm Responsible for Global HR Strategy, Recruitment, Training, Career & Talent Management, Performance Management, Human Resource Information System Management. My mission are:
• Developing modern Human Resource Management strategies and comprehensive action plans to ensure effective Career development Program, training needs and succession planning;
• Liaising with line managers to understand their business strategy and personnal requirements and develop HR plans accordingly;
• Implementing and managing the performance system and ensuring its effective execution through the line manager;
• Recruiting staff - this includes shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
