Hello, I have +20 years experience working in cross-cultural environment. I'm focus on Multicultural and Multigenerational management in Sales support and Direct Sales functions. I'm highly focused on bottom line result delivery, out of the box thinker, able to lead teams toward the same objective, mentor and coach individuals to support their personal development while driving performance. I lived and worked in Mexico from 1999 until 2015, then moved to the US in 2016. Fluent in Spanish, English and French, I've always thought that being able to adapt and evolve within other cultural contexts is a major key success factor.
