Currently, i'm
• Regional responsibility for the development, usage of CRM systems and applications, and of their continuous adaptation to business needs, B2C and B2B2C, on a perimeter of 30+ countries (11 focus countries : Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Gulf countries, Egypt, Slovakia)
Domains are: datamarts for marketing, telemarketing, actuarial; client applications; design, planning, P&L and KPIs tracking of campaigns; segmentation and data treatments; reporting and BI; datamining
• Matrix Management of 8 teams
• Gathering of / defining / prioritizing the functional requirements for CRM applications development / enhancement, liaising with offshore provider and countries
• Functional lead in EMEA wide (30+ countries), cross LOBs project on Single Customer View - Hortonworks
• Functional lead in EMEA wide (30+ countries), cross LOBs project on Customer Data Quality - Informatica Data Quality
• Complete design and implementation of regional (4 countries) datamart, then enhancement to divisional level (4 regions, 11 countries), for monthly reporting and BI on DtC KPIs
• Functional design and implementation of a leads and cases management project for eCommerce, using SalesForce.com (4 countries in production + 3 additional planned)
• Leading / supporting various projects / initiatives related to Customer, Business Intelligence, CRM, Digital, liaising with local / Regional / Global Business / IT teams.
• Internal communication, documentation and sharing of global / regional / local best practices, training sessions, liaising with various teams
