Hello, I have 30+ years international experience in automotive industry with focus in Retail and Wholesale. Since July 2023, I am in charge of Sales and Business Development for MSX International in Asia-Pacific. I am managing the whole customer interaction with my Sales team, across all markets from China to New Zealand. From Dec.2017 to June 2023, I managed MSX International in Australia and New Zealand. Previously, I was Network Development and Quality Director for DS Automobiles in China. I' was responsible for the preparation of the distribution network. With my team, we have opened more than 30 4S Dealerships. From 2014 to 2015, i was in charge of DS Customer Experience and the Distribution Strategy in China. I had designed and rolled-out a complete CRM adapted to the development of a new Premium Brand in China. A unique and omnicanal Call Center has been set up to make every customer contact a differentiating brand experience.
