As engineering manager, I have grown up a strong engineering team, integrating linux based platforms for all NDS-France projects and supporting multiple customers (SkyD, UPC, CanalSat, ZON Fibra, Vodafone, KDG).
The team is focused on validating/integrating every level of software stack for Linux-based Satellite, Cable, IPTV, DTT set top boxes:
- Bootloaders
- Embedded Linux kernel and utility libraries
- STB device drivers
- Middleware (NDS MHA and Fusion)
- Conditional Access, content protection and security features

As Senior Expert, I have been a key contributor of SkyD SD Zapper, HD zapper, and HD PVR projects (first deployment of Fusion Middleware on top of CDI) integrating linux platform and STB drivers with NDS middleware and CAK. From a global NDS R&D perspective, I have worked on designing and implementing new process worklflow and quality process with our strategic partners (Silicon vendors and STB vendors): profiling/customisation, ,delivery format, acceptance criteria, release notes, build system, bugtracking process and patch management, process documentation, training. As KLC (Knowledege Training Center) trainer, I have set up three Digital TV fundamentals training courses on MPEG/DVB standards, H264 standard, and CDI

As Expert, I have been one major contributor to the creation of NDS CDI (Common Driver Interface) specifications (more than 2000 pages) from the early days (March 2004), which is now the hardware abstract layer foundation API used across all NDS projects worldwide.

As entrepeneur, I have founded my own company Smart Watteo and run it as CEO since 2019, after going back to school (Essec & Mannheim Executive MBA, and Design of IoT system Certificate from Telecom Paris Tech). We have built below products to help people save on their energy and water bills :
- a digital platform to monitor in real time the energy and water consumption of buildings and comfort
- a regulator for collective heaters that save 20% energy
