Hello, Currently, I'm Area Scientific and Technical Manager (R&D department) for NCA, SA, Europe and CIS countries. My missions are: - Work with the SBU Business Director and the Marketing Director to produce the technical and scientific material to meet the customers objectives - Define and track the R&D budget - Design and validate the protocols for research trials to support the marketing positioning and claims - Monitor and set up research trials from design to closure, internally and externally - Conduct and validate trials’ data analyses - Collaborate actively with the regulatory affairs to ensure the compliance of products, claims and services - Organize and provide training to the regional technical managers - Support and grow the business through direct contact with customers - Promote the products by giving speeches in scientific conferences and internal customers seminars - Build and maintain active relationship with the key opinion leaders and the scientific community I will be happy to talk to you about my job.
