Présentation de Nicolas

Hello, I am an alumni of the EM Lyon Business School (2003) and looking forward to sharing some of my experience with students and / or young professionals. Over the past 15 years, I have been in charge of several finance & controlling functions, mainly at Munich Re, both in Munich and, since 2014, in our australian operations (Life & P&C). I took over the CFO function in December 2015. Prior to Australia, as Head of the Capital Management Team Reinsurance at our Munich headquarter, I contributed to the development and implementation of capital management measures to optimise the capital structure and dividend paying ability of the Munich Re Group. My team was also in charge of investment controlling and asset controlling of Munich Re's Reinsurance group. I have gained in Management experience very quickly by getting regular exposure with Heads of Business Units and the Board of Management towards topics as sensitive as capitalization and controlling of strategic initiatives and investments.
