Hello, Currently, i'm Manager Clinical Operations and my missions are: ♦ Ensure successful cross-functional management and coordination of efforts assigned to all members of the projects teams (clinical operations, safety, support milestone achievement and overall project delivery). ♦ Maintain oversight of the trials by taking an operational leadership role, which includes coordinating activities in the trials teams and ensuring working groups are organized as needed, ensuring that studies progress (prescreening, patients recruitment and retention, quality), according to partners and sponsors goals are met. ♦ Ensure adherence to project budget and scope of work to realize project profitability. ♦ Build/complete and update study-specific documents, such as protocol, studies guidelines, Informed Consent Form, site feasibility related documents, safety related documents, protocol deviations and issue processes, and archiving plan. ♦ Ensure effective communication (project status reports and monthly progress reports). ♦ Ensuring adequate resourcing is available to meet project deliverables and milestones. Review and approves project expenses and ensures all study related contractual and budgeting issues are addressed. ♦ Manage the project team to ensure study progress is according to sponsor goals and protocol requirements. ♦ Facilitate resolution of projects related conflicts with necessary corrective and preventive actions. ♦ Identication, recruitment, and management of the staff (neurologists, projects managers, study coordinators, psychologists, research assistants, nurses…etc.). Team training in accordance with protocol and projects requirements. ♦ Preparation for health Authority inspections and internal QA audits. ♦ Ensure quality projects plans, risk management and ensuring that issues resolution are clear.
