o Consulting in sensible restructuring projects for C-level executives of major global companies (Pharmaceuticals, Defense, Energy, Electronics)
- Evaluation and management of risk (operational, legal, social, financial) and costs
- Delivery of top quality reports on strategic business development and restructuring issues
- Facilitation of discussion and negotiation with international stakeholders (top Management, union representatives, Work Administration, employees)
- Key skills : written and verbal communication, client onboarding, analytical skills

o Divestment of companies (Defense, Electronics) of size ̴10 M€ and of industrial sites (Pharmaceuticals, Energy) in France and abroad
- Delivery of M&A communication tools (teaser, NDA, memorandum of information)
- Building and pitching of the business plan to potential buyers
- Targeting and active search for potential buyers
- Assistance in LOIs and in negotiations
- Key skills : negotiation, business relationship, written and verbal communication
