Hello,

I have spent over 25 years on accounting and finance functions. I did have responsibility for accounting, tax, finance, treasury, risk management, HR, Supply Chain and IT functions, and my missions included:
- Participate in, evaluate and secure margins and working capital (including their financing) for all projects/programs the company gets awarded
- raise capital for projects and for start up companies
- improve accounting processes
- develop cost accounting and FP&A processes and team members to provide better, timely and more accurate data to the Board, the CEO and other members of the Senior Leadership Team
- partner with all operations (engineering, production, supply chain, aftermarket, sales and G&A functions) while challenging them
- enforce procedures that enable and enhance internal control
- develop Finance and Accounting personnel to bring the Finance department to world class performance and competence
- manage the relationship with suppliers, customers, auditors and banks

I created my own consulting practice, AvionGarde, as a finance solution provider for aerospace and defense companies, going from business plans for start up companies, valuation for M&A, exits and fund raising and financing aircraft acquisition using different financing products. I am where finance and operations need each other !
