Hello,

I am retired, I have mainly been in R&D during my career with 6 years in Product Marketing.

Over the past 15 years, I have been R&D Director in various business in Schneider Electric.
My main missions were:
- Lead a department of design, Testing and Industrialization teams on multisites (Europe and Asia)
> Manage and coach the resources (people and equipments)
> Define and manage the budget
> Estimate the main schedule of the projects
- Develop new offers while maintaining the running ones
- Develop and implement new methods and tools to continuously improve our efficiency
