Hello, With more than 15 years in aerospace business and more than 10 years in management, I acquired a significant experience in aviation world. In the last past years, I have been in charge of the development of the MRO capabilities and business in China for Airbus Helicopters. The results are a 100% capture of the core business and an increase by 100% of the turnover of our JV (from 5 to 12M€) with a maintained margin (10%) despite the high investments made (2+M€). These achievements have been made according to a deep market analysis, a development strategy based on core businesses approach and an aggressive pricing policy. I am a reliable business partner, at ease in both small and complex organizations, strongly committed and solution oriented. My experience, close to customers in different cultures, gives me the open mind to understand their expectations and a clear advantage to find the best solution. My next goal is a leadership position for a profit and loss organization in the field of aviation customer support which I will further develop around customers need and company’s strategy with a strong focus and commitment on profitability.
