Hello, I'm Responsible for identifying and executing a multi-year roadmap of process improvement initiatives across business analysis teams (~ 100 business analysis and business architecture full time and contractor resources, including 5 managers) with the explicit charter of streamlining and aligning processes, artifacts and practices to deliver on execution efficiencies and move to Agile practices while managing risk.
