Hello,
I'm FP&A and Group Controller and my missions are:
• Responsible for preparation of monthly management presentation to Executive Committee and Board of Directors (PL, BS, cashflow, capex,…).
• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process directly with local Finance Managers
• Drive the development of Impala Financial planning and analytics framework in BI reporting tool to outline Key performance Indicators.
• Provide business model to support investment or impairment decisions aligned with Group strategy
