Hello, I lead the Hardware Teardown Lab at the Vodafone Procurement Company in Luxembourg. We use Clean Sheet analysis to develop Cost insights which improve our businesses' ability to procure at competitive and fair levels. My function supports teams across multiple categories and international markets to drive fact-based negotiations, and spread training across all businesses in the understanding of Costs and deployment of the techniques of Cost analysis. I have 17 years experience in Procurement and Supply Chain, having led categories in both direct and indirect procurement areas including foodstuffs, energy, professional services and software.
