I am a Senior Manager in the Energy and Resources Sector at Baringa Partners, with over 15 years international management consultant in process & operation improvement, experienced throughout the oil and gas industries for delivering projects mainly in upstream.

I bring over 15 years consulting experience delivering project for my clients in challenging economic or social context and working with great people in my teams to blend in client culture.
I also previously worked as a pricing leader for 6 years, in European car industry with deep database management and risk analysis expertise.

Within the Oil & Gas Upstream Operations & Process Excellence agenda, I'm helping companies improve their Operational Excellence, by defining and delivering new organisation & operating model, and deploying new digital solutions to enable clients improve their performance from forecasting and planning to execution.

As a consultant, I've been working in plants or installations mostly in West Africa and North Sea, and spent over 10 years on-site implementing solutions for an Oil & Gas super major to improve operational performance.
I look to achieve long-lasting and measurable changes in clients’ organisation, in particularly challenging and multicultural environments, leveraging innovation and digital technologies to sustain the transformations.
My client list includes in Oil & Gas Total, Shell (ex BG-Group), Spirit (ex Centrica), Wintershall, Repsol-Sinopec, and in other industries Reckitt Benckiser, AviaPartner, or Elsan (ex Vedici)
