Hello, Currently, I'm the Head of Agile, Senior Lean-Agile Transformation Coach and my missions are: - Define and execute the organizational change: Agile Context - Feature team approach based on Product perspective and scaling Agile approach Axa France Digital & Marketing (>170 people), - Set-up and maintain Agile practices at Product Management Level and in operational teams, - Coach and lead IT and Business managers change on target operational roles, with Product Management approach, including Management 3.0 posture and leadership, - Define and execute Transformation Strategy with KPIs to follow maturity, performance, achievements, - Participate in transversal strategic projects such as new roles, tools, KPI that match the transformation (abandon of Scope, time and budget) - Deploy Agile Center recommendations and guidelines - Ensure the follow up of agile transformation in tribes, measure maturity and challenge domains/squads - Coaching of Scrum of Scrums / Release Train Engineer - Mentoring of Managers, Product Manager, Architects and major stakeholders - Launch Scrum masters and Product owners community of practices - Drive and facilitate workshops and all levels, leadership, middle management and teams - Speaker at different conferences and events to present and share Axa agile approach Feel free to contact me if you want to know more about my job Djim
