Hello, I have been heading the public finance activities of the group for the last 20 years, first in France and then in Europe, covering various products such as infrastructure, PPPs, export finance and the financing of local and regional governments. Key competencies include public finance, strategy, leading people as well as change management. 18 months ago I suggested to start a project that aims at launching a digital market place for public finance, for which I took responsibility for. Since December 2017, I’m a managing director of CAPVERIANT GmbH, the wholly owned subsidiary of pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank that is operating the market place while keeping my responsibilities at pbb as Head of Public Investment Finance and as branch manager of the Paris branch.
