Hi guys, My name is Francesco and I'm Strategy advisor at Ventive. My missions are: - Projects Time, Costs and Performance accounting - Company Products Portfolio management - Resources Capacity Planning After Mechanical Engineering studies at University and a first experience in mechanical design, i moved to Project and Program Management in International Companies, managing big international teams project by project.
