I’m an Int. Strategic Deployment Manager & Account Manager and my missions are :

• Coordinate the BBDO network and client’s international network to ensure cross-countries strategical and creative coherence taking into account local market specificities

• Make strategical and creative recommandations to the Central Client, as well as to Local Agencies to continuously improve local performances

• Facilitate the local implementation of Brand Communication strategies and positioning in accordance with the Brand Values, Tone & Style and Guidelines

• Enrich central strategic development by providing key local market insights
