As CFO and sparring partner to the CEO, I lead the corporate, organizational and financial development of fast-growing international companies in the tech industry. I hold corporate governance experience in both private and public companies and have led campaigns to raise capital and drive toward successful exits. I am a leader in operations with a focus on building and developing teams in line with growth.

Most recently as Withings' Chief Financial Officer, I led the transformation of the company from start-up to scale up, building the team and processes, including readiness for its next phase of corporate development. Since the integration within Nokia Technologies, I am the finance business partner for the newly formed business unit, Nokia Digital Health.

As LeGuide.com’s Chief Financial Officer, Europe’s leading online shopping guide network, I was responsible for all finance functions and general administration of the company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, investor relations, human resources, legal, administration and overall day-to-day business operations related to the integration of the company’s acquisitions. LeGuide.com was listed on Paris’s Euronext Growth stock exchange and is part of Lagardère Active Group since July 2012.
