As a seasoned CFO specializing in interim and transition roles, I've been at the helm of decisive moments for a variety of enterprise and consumer tech companies, guiding them through critical phases such as fundraising, M&A, and strategic planning. In my recent roles, I've served as a strategic partner to CEOs, spearheading corporate, organizational, and financial development initiatives for fast-growing international tech firms. My expertise extends to both private and public companies, where I've successfully led campaigns to raise capital and drive toward successful exits. Operating in the heart of fast-paced tech environments, I excel in rightsizing operations, building high-performing teams and processes that fuel growth, and ensuring financial stability. As the former Chief Financial Officer of Withings, I led the transformation of the company from startup to scale-up, aligning teams and processes for its next phase of corporate development. After a successful strategic sale, I served as the finance business partner during the integration of Withings into Nokia Technologies. I led the process to spin-off the business again two years later. At LeGuide.com, a publicly-listed, leading European online shopping guide network, I held comprehensive responsibilities for all finance functions and general administration. This included financial planning and analysis, accounting, investor relations, human resources, legal matters, and the day-to-day operations tied to company acquisitions.
