Hello,
Among French IS Direction, in Digital Factory Division and under the direct responsibility of the IT production director (250 people), I manage a 16 people team : architects and technical experts and I'm in charge of :
* harmonizing technical-technological strategy
* enhancing the service vision
* supporting projects to design efficient technical architectures
* driving innovation and challenging our practices
Currently trying to set up a disruptive strategy :
* challenging our culture, our usages and our use of technology
* aiming the famous "as a service" for our infrastructure
* with technology like : Mesos with marathon and chronos, Docker and an automated chain of build,ship and run : swarm, compose, artifactory, zuul
