Hello, After 11 years working to validate IT systems for the Pharmaceutical Development Center, I had the opportunity to create a transversal unit to harmonize the quality practices and validation of the non-clinical development of the SERVIER group. I have mainly focused on change management and structuring projects for R & D. Next to an executive MBA, I decided to join the IT directorate to build and deploy an ITIL based quality approach both in France and in the worldwide affiliates.
