Hello, After a specialization in Audit at ESSCA, I started my career as a recruitment consultant in Finance, participating to the opening of the Michael Page office in Luxembourg. After these first steps in professional world, I joined PwC as an auditor where I reached Manager level with a specialization in insurance. I then joined one of my client to progressively takeover and consolidate Compliance & Control function as Associate Director for Luxembourg & Liechtenstein carriers. After 8+ years of experience as a manager, I decided to create, with Nicolas Perrichot, (another ESSCA), an external HR Business Partner called Talantiers to combine our expertise and satisfy our common passion for entrepreneurship.
