Hello, Currently, I'm General Manager SEA and my main responsibilities: • Full P & L responsibilities (margin, SG&A, EBITA and free cash flow). • Deliver and exceed budgeted sales & margin. • Yearly budget planning and 3 years Plan. • Weekly, monthly forecasts & reforecasting. • Grow the channels to market (distribution, retail network & Key Account Management) throughout ASEAN. • Marketing & commercial policy (product selection, price policy, stocking & logistic strategy). • Manage a team of 22 People (talent acquisition, assessment, development, retention and succession planning) Feel free to contact me if you want to know more about my job Bruno
