Hello, My team and I work on the channel management strategy and related projects for SG retail banking. Our job is about combining the expertise of a large branch network, expertise and contact centers with a large range of digital services to cut cost-to-serve and improve sales. To deliver this, we run phone and email services on a day-to-day basis, and are in charge of a program aimed at rethinking the customer relation through remote channels and digital-to-human interactions (roughly 10M€ Investment and >50M contacts per year). A nice mix of innovative technologies to implement, and tons of change management. Last year's addition to my job is about exploring opportunities about how artificial intelligence (AI) can contribute : chatbot, augmented advisor, datalake enrichment and exploration are being added to the playground.
