Hello there!

My current role is as Senior Manager, Member of the Global Entrepreneurial and Private Business team. I currently work for PwC and am based in Hamburg, Germany.

My role is multi-faceted, including strategic project management, business development, upskilling of PwC professional practitioners, and client projects. I am responsible for the Owner's Agenda, PwC's global holistic advisory approach to business-owning families, owners and management of privately-owned companies. I get to meet a variety of clients in my current role, from entrepreneurs, startups, family business owners and managers. I work with colleagues across the globe, from my office chair in video conferences or travelling to far and near. In my job, I'm happy to practice 4 of the languages that I learned over the years.

I started my career with KPMG in Scotland for 4 years, training as a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) and working as an auditor and forensics consultant. During my 25 years with PwC in Germany, I've gathered a range of experience in client-facing roles as auditor, consultant and project manager in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Financial Due Diligence in the first 10 years. I've also had a number of internal roles, from M&A training management to client feedback with Private Equity Houses; various local, regional and global business development roles, working with partners, client account teams and leaders across the globe in the past 12 years. Over the years, I have specialised in Family Businesses and recently added business mediation to my area of expertise.
