Hello, as Digital Transformation Manager, my missions are: • Provide strategic guidance as well as hands-on support to the Transformation Project Leaders to ensure they can meet their targets • Ensure planned initiatives and projects are delivered on time with the planned financial gains • Ensure strategic alignment and effective digital measures organization • Manage effective communication with all stakeholders (e.g. Finance & Controlling, Communications, Human Resources etc) • Manage dependencies and interfaces between the different transformation measures • Create top management reports on a regular basis • Prepare and conduct weekly meetings (drumbeat) with core transformation project Team • Maintain a thorough view of the risk profile, ensuring that all risks which may impact the success of the program are identified, evaluated and controlled Feel free to contact me if you want to know more about my job!
