Hello, My name is Cherif and I'm a Senior professional with 25 years experience in the Energy business. I'm currently working as Program Manager at Bruce Power, the largest nuclear power station in Canada. My responsibilities : Leading a mission-critical portfolio at Bruce Power, I oversee the strategic integration and execution of Turbines, Generators, Reactor Modifications, and Medical Isotopes projects. I specialize in navigating the complexity of nuclear operations by bridging the gap between "big picture" strategy and "small-but-crucial" technical details, ensuring the long-term reliability of power generation assets while driving the global expansion of life-saving isotope production. Leading a team of project managers covering Turbine & Generator projects worth over $900M, responsible for successfully delivery of projects within the strong matrix organization of Bruce Power / PMC. I held various roles; started from Commissioning of Steam turbines (as a mechanical engineer) before I moved to Sales & Project Management. I have also worked in Strategic Marketing, before I went back to Sales. I moved to the nuclear industry in 2019 leading multiple projects as a Project Manager before getting promoted to a Program Manager role in 2026.
