As a People Manager, my role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities aimed at optimizing team performance and development. I am tasked with conducting comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing team members, covering essential topics such as privacy, communication skills, and time management. Collaborating closely with partners, I focus on continuous process improvement and serve as a critical escalation point for addressing complex issues. Additionally, I oversee auditing procedures and performance management to ensure adherence to high standards and the achievement of organizational objectives.
