Develop employees productivity, empowering work processes with technology #marcomtech #futureofwork. Collect needs, write brief, pitch agencies, write specs, set pilot. Industrialize. Train to change.
• DIGITAL PROJECT DIRECTION
- Digital management in-sourcing on occasional highly mobilizing campaigns/sites/apps.
Manage the project from brief to delivery coordinating teams and budget. Ensure in-time deliveries from in-house and external players.
- Agency / Vendors selection : find the right agency /partners for your project.
Write your brief, pitch, analyse offers, provide you with a decisional matrix. Link with IT and Purchase teams if needed.
• DIGITAL BRANDING, e-marketing, social media & e-PR strategies:
- Build - launch - monitor efficient integrated digital plans with sharp objectives & dashboards. Strong experience of complex deploys including partners, entities and regions (national/international). Define and ensure governance through guidelines & central/local management.
