Hello, My name is Karim and I have been working in consulting and project management (mainly digital transformation) for about ten years. In my work, I'm doing this kind of activities : - SaaS Deployment for big companies (mainly CAC 40) - Coaching a team of consultants - Leading the Project Team (consultants, R&D,...) - Driving Workshops & Steering committees - Advising customers on the best way to implement the solution - Change management - Trainings to key users and top management.
