Hello, Context: British bank based in London. Top 30 largest banks in the world. 5 years program sliced in 3 tranches with tranches running in parallel. Product scope: - MM : Loan/Depo, Call account - FI : Bond, Repo, Pledge - IRD : IRS, Cap/Floor, Asset Swap - FX Cash : Spot, Forward, FX Swap BO functional scope: - Confirmations - Settlements - Trade lifecycle and events - Position management - Corporate actions Role: BO program lead cross tranches. My main activities included: - Coordinating BO stream with a size up to 6 persons - Gathering client requirements and facilitating user stories writing - Designing and building a sustainable solution suiting client needs - Conducting show & tell sessions to share the progress with the client - Providing training to end users on the usage of MX.3 and the solution which has been built for them - Providing assistance to the client during their testing but also during the go live week end and the first weeks post go live Key achievements: Despite the technical complexity, the tight schedule, the tranches running in parallel and the team usually undersized, we were able to deliver the first 2 tranches (MM, FI and IRD) on time and on budget. The quality was also there as the go lives were rather smooth and the production was stable just a few days after go live. It was a great team work !
