Hello, Results driven manager with a track record of excellence in client services, project management, service delivery and continuous improvement. Valuable experience in working in pan-European context within the Events, SaaS, BPO, Automotive, Retail & Premium Brand industry. Driven by exceeding expectations and objectives, which I see as a personal challenge. I strive for quality in everything, always looking for the root cause of problems and continually learning from experience with a highly solution orientated focus. My bilingual background and teaching experience has provided me with a solid foundation for communication across a wide range of audiences, with priority and task management as second nature.
