Bonjour, Après avoir passé plus de 15 ans en tant qu'ingénieur logiciel dans des banques d'investissement de premier plan, j'ai développé une passion pour les données. J'ai récemment décidé de me réinventer en tant que Data Scientist (DS). Au cours des dernières années, j'ai travaillé en tant que DS dans le département 'Customer Insight' d'une grande banque commerciale (3+ ans). J'ai ensuite passé un an à travailler pour une entreprise de télémédecine (télésanté) en tant que Senior Data Scientist. Ensuite, j'ai rejoint une entreprise de marketing numérique, encore une fois en tant que Senior Data Scientist pendant 2ans et demi. Depuis peu, j’ai commencé une nouvelle mission en tant que Lead Data Engineer. Mes tâches quotidiennes en tant que Data Scientist étaient très variées mais consistaient généralement à fournir des informations exploitables sur les comportements des clients. De nos jours, je travaille sur des problématiques relative à l’ingestion de données en tant que Lead Data Engineer. Je comprends que le marché est un endroit difficile pour les étudiants. I recently decided to re-invent myself as a Data Scientist (DS). In the past few years, I have worked as a DS in the 'Customer Insight' department of a large commercial bank (3+ years). Then I spent one year working for a telemedicine (telehealth) company as Senior Data Scientist. Then, I joined a digital marketing company, once again as a Senior Data Scientist, for 2.5yrs. My daily tasks as a DS were very varied but usually consisted in providing actionable insights relative to customer behaviours. I have recently taking a new opportunity as a Lead Dara Engineer, and concentrating on data ingestion. I understand that the market place is a tough place for students. This lead me to scoop 3 Masters degrees over the past 25 years (Finance, Software Engineering, Data Science/AI) coupled with professional experience working in top investment banks and successful start-ups.
