Hi, Salut, I am a functional application manager and my area is mainly in the distribution area. I work with JDE on a daily basis. Je suis un Application manager fonctionnel et je m'occupe essentiellement de la distribution. Je travaille au quotidien avec JDE. As a Business Analyst-Business I perform the below tasks -support, - Enhancement -and bug fixes. - User training Dans ma fonction, je suis amenée à faire -du support fonctionnel, - l'amelioration des process. - la formation des utilisateurs In short terms I m am the translator of the business requirements into IT needs. I make sure the setup works fine and the business can perform smoothly and in the best way possible. En résumé, je m'assure de transformer les requis des utilisateurs en projet IT. Il est donc nécessaire d'adapter la configuration du système afin d'avoir un process efficace et fluide. After 2 years looking for an opportunity once I graduated from a master in management des flux transport et logistique in 2008, I have been accepted in a company in Belgium for a European training program. I started as a trainee and got my permanent contract after 6 months. 2 ans après mon diplôme en Master Management des flux transport et logistique en 2008, j'ai été finalement acceptée dans le cadre d'un programme de l'Union Européenne en Belgique.
