I am a founder, co-founder, coach, mentor, and consultant with over 20 years of experience in various sectors, such as railway systems, digital solutions, coaching, and mentoring. I have lived in six different countries (France, Canada, Germany, UK, China, Thailand) and worked with more than 60 nationalities throughout my professional life. My life purpose is to help and inspire people to know themselves, design their future selves and become their future selves. Which means living a life of conscious choices and actions, putting yourself in the driver's seat with full awareness of who you are and your environment. I currently run two ventures: A Cup of CoFi, where I coach individuals and teams on personal finance and life purpose (check my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@acupofcofi), and The Agency Factory, where I co-create gamified technology solutions for organizations that want to bring leading behaviors to their people. I also support ITD World in developing its business worldwide through tailored leadership and development training, and mentor pro-bono students in their 20s to help them discover themselves and their potential. I have 20 years of corporate experience having started as trainee in the aerospace sector with Bombardier (Canadian company) to eventually rise to become Vice-President, Managing Director for the Asian railway systems division. Overseeing about 1,000 people and 300 MUSD of revenues. My key core values are fairness, learning, and care, and I thrive in a caring and collaborative environment.
