Hello, My name is Gregory Enjalbert, I am a founder, co-founder, coach, mentor, and consultant and ex-VP/MD of Bombardier Rail Systems in Asia. I have lived in six different countries (France, Canada, Germany, UK, China, Thailand) and worked with more than 60 nationalities throughout my professional life. My life purpose is to help and inspire people, teams, organisations to know, design and become their future themselves. Which means living a life of conscious choices and actions, putting yourself in the driver's seat with full awareness of who you are and your environment. My job is very flexible time-wise, i.e. definitely not 9 AM to 5 PM. I coach individuals or teams in corporations through a variety of programs to make them work better for themselves and with each other. This is mainly done through helping people achieve behavioral change to produce better results. It sometimes involve me mentoring people with knowledge that I have acquired during the past 25 years. Also, I have 20 years of corporate experience having started as trainee in the aerospace sector with Bombardier (Canadian company) to eventually rise to become Vice-President, Managing Director for the Asian railway systems division. After my corporate life I have studied coaching in depth, as an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC), as well as a Certified Master Coach. Throughout my corporate career I touched: strategy, M&A, marketing, project management, sales, general management, people management. Later I touched start-ups when I founded my own.
