Bonjour! I am Relationship Manager at Preqin and I am based in London. I deal with a large variety of clients within investment banks, asset managers, advisory companies and research services across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific in order create and provide productive and committed relationships and ensure they get the most out of the services we provide them with and therefore generating a commercial value. My role is mainly about: - Engaging with a portfolio of clients (15 Global Accounts ) on a regular basis, - Insuring contract renewal leveraging some traction and usage of our services internally, - Gathering feedback from users to help improve our services and tailor better to their needs and requirements, - Travels through EMEA to meet with users and develop new contacts in new areas and departments. After my studies, I decided to move to London to improve the language. What was supposed to be a 1 year experienced turned to be a real life changer! After 7 years, I am still very much enjoying my time being in a client facing position and interacting with new people on a regular basis. We have so much to learn from each others!
