Hello, I am qualified CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), passionate about Human Ressources, coaching and leadership, with HR experience in private and public institutions. I have over 8 years experience in all areas of HR, ranging from recruitment and selection to talent management, learning and development. I work on various files, from onboarding to end of service. Some of the tasks include advising local HR staff and managers on processes, while others are more strategic, working with internal/external stakeholders. After studies and post graduate CIPD-HR qualification, I have successfully completed some traineeships in various EU institutions, which led to my career path, always in HR.
