Hello, I am Emilie and I am HR Business Partner. In my current role, I actively support the business strategy with the delivery of the people agenda for Grosvenor Food & AgTech & Grosveor Diversified Investment Team through the provision of professional and legally compliant HR advice and accurate and timely delivery of HR operational policies, processes, administration, and projects. Main responsibilities includes: HR excellence Building capabilities Driving Performance Reward Employees engagement Succession planning Project work Global Mobility I graduated in 2009 with a bachelor in HR management and International mobility. I moved to Spain and started to work for a French-Spanish company within the Aerospace/Engineering sector for a year. I then decided to get a Master degree in HR management - which I got in Spain. Following my master degree I joined a multinational company - Abengoa. I spent 7 years within this company managing recruitment, international mobility in Spain and then moved to the UK to manage the whole HR department of their new UK branch. After 4 years as HR manager, I wanted to seek a new challenge and found my new role where I can continue to develop new skills and challenge myself everyday.
