Hello, I am currently working on complex supply chain strategy to support data centers and Cloud business at Google in California. Our Objective is to find the most competitive technology to enable Google products like Gmail, Youtube, Map... My main duties are : -Establish sourcing strategies for specific technologies. -Key stakeholder on new product development -Manage strategic suppliers relationship, including commercial terms negotiations, contracts execution. -Implement internal and external processes to improve supply chain execution (finance, logistic, Manufacturing...) I have started my career at Microsoft in Paris, then join HP in Grenoble, and moved to the US in 2005 with HP. I have also worked in the consumer Electronic industry, and joined Google in 2014 in the Consumer Hardware group. I since then switched to the Data center group.
