Hello, Bonjour, Je travaille en tant que Contract manager depuis 2018. Je négocie et gère des contrats de prestations informatiques. Je travaille principalement avec des ingénieurs, développeurs, commerciaux, juristes et acheteurs. Notre but est de faire vivre le contrat et gérer les risques autour pour que les services soient réalisés sans désaccords et malentendus, conformes au contrat et aux réglementations en vigueur. Le sens de diplomatie complété par une bonne dose de rigueur et d'excellentes capacités de communication sont les compétences clés dans mon job. I am working as a Contract Manager since 2018. I work on IT service contracts, negotiating and managing them. This involves working on a day-to-day basis with engineers, IT developers, commercial legal and procurement representatives. Our goal is to make sure the services are realised in respect of the contractual terms and the regulation, and the contract is up to date with the realities of day-to-day operations. I have a law degree from Paris-Sud University Faculty, specialized in IT/telecom law. I've been working as a legal counsel trainee before becoming a Contract manager.
